Terms of Use
Last Updated: June 18, 2026
These terms govern your access and use of the EPILO.ONE services, website platform, and CMS tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing epilo.one, submitting an inquiry, using authenticated workspaces, or engaging EPILO.ONE for assessment or implementation work, you agree to these Terms of Use and any separate written agreement that applies to the engagement.
2. Services
EPILO.ONE provides strategic AI assessment, workflow design, implementation guidance, agentic system planning, and related operational advisory services. Public website content is informational and does not create a client engagement until scope, commercial terms, and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of any business briefs, files, prompts, project data, or other material you submit. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data that is unnecessary for the requested work, special-category data without a lawful basis, malware, or material you are not authorized to process.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or application. Prohibited activity includes vulnerability scanning without permission, denial-of-service activity, credential abuse, attempts to bypass authentication, scraping private routes, uploading malicious content, or using the service to infringe rights or violate law.
5. AI outputs and human review
AI-assisted outputs are provided for analysis, strategy, workflow design, and decision support. They should be reviewed by qualified humans before operational, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions are made. EPILO.ONE favors human-in-the-loop implementation and scoped validation before production use.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
Confidentiality, data processing, retention, and security obligations may be governed by a separate agreement or DPA. A DPA is available on request for engagements involving personal data, client briefs, uploaded material, authenticated workspaces, or AI implementation work.
7. Administrative operations
Access to administrative and editing panels is restricted to authorized system administrator accounts verified through authentication, role checks, and Firestore security rules. Private application routes are not intended for public indexing.
8. Intellectual property
The EPILO.ONE brand, site design, documentation, and service materials are owned by EPILO.ONE or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Client-owned source materials remain the responsibility of the submitting client or user.
9. Changes
EPILO.ONE may update these terms as the site, services, or operating model changes. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest published version.
